We already have an IT provider. How are you different?

Most IT providers fix tickets and keep the lights on. We do that too, but we also handle the strategic and delivery work most providers don't, like building automations, implementing new platforms, or planning your tech roadmap. Some clients use us alongside their existing provider. Some replace theirs with us. Either is fine. 

Do we have to commit to all HZEG Services or can we just pick one?

Pick one. Pick all four. Pick one now and add others later. Each service stands on its own. The reason we offer all four is that businesses tend to need different things at different stages, and we'd rather grow with you than hand you off to someone else when your needs change. 

What happens on the discovery call?
